So
often we think of fitness in the same manner that we think of taking
bad tasting medicine. We know that we have to do it, but the truth
is that that we really don't like it.
Allow yourself a moment to permit your mind to
fly, and imagine all the things you've talked or thought of doing in
your life, but just haven't been able to do. Is physical activity -
or the lack of it - an important factor in any of the activities you
imagine?
If
so, then let me assist you to take your mind off of your few extra
pounds, your physical limitations, or your gruelling three times
per week fitness classes, and to begin thinking about how you can
realign the focus of your physical activity with your personal life
goals. I encourage you to remember the reasons why physcial activity
is important to you. Now is the right time to change your focus.
