message or group of messages that may be too large to download onto their mail
client.

close your mail client (Outlook Express, Outlook, Netscape mail,
etc.).
Open your browser and go to the KMTS Portal Home Page at http://www.kmts.ca/. You will notice a box at the right

account. The Quarantine
option on the left will bring you to all the email messages that have been
trapped due to viruses, spam etc…the settings link (top menu) will open a
page with a rules option that will bring you to settings you may
want to create for messages coming in to your mail box… the settings
tab will display other options such as Email Filtering, Auto-Reply,
Aliases, etc.
- When
you are done, make sure that you select the “Logoff” button. If you simply
click the “X” at the top right to close your browser, the mail server will
not acknowledge your log you off for up to 15 minutes and you will not be
able to access your mail through your mail client during this period. (Picture 7)
